Other 103 Public Servers In MBS Seminar

With these 103 public servers we reach 761 public servers of the provincial Government of Antioquia, the decentralized institutions, and mayors, city councilors and office clerks that have graduated in the training process in public management, which has been prompted by Governor Luis Alfredo Ramos Botero. 

The 103 public servers which graduated in Manager`s Basic Subjects, MBS, a program that has been advanced by the actual Departmental Administration seeking to strengthen the modern management skills at service of the public administration, received the training from the University of Antioquia –Government school and Public Politics of Antioquia. 

On behalf of the sectional leader, the general counselor Hector Quintero Arredondo, stated during the graduation ceremony held on June 8th  in the Alma Mater auditorium, the satisfaction of achieving the goals with this program, which already there have been ten cohorts. 

During the administration department there has been more than 1,000 persons certified by the University of Antioquia in this important training program, including those who received the MBS and those who participated in other programs or updates on specific issues. 

The program has reached the sub east regions, low Cauca, North and West of Antioquia, Promotions which counted with the participation of mayors, city councilors, official secretaries, managers of different institutions and public servers in general. 

Among the decentralized Departmental entities who have been object of the MBS Diploma, focusing on raising the professional profile of the public servers, there are in addition to the central government, Indeportes Antioquia, Beneden, the Institute for the Development of Antioquia, IDEA, Pension Antioquia, Politecnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid, the Health Office of Antioquia, Teleantioquia and Housing Corporation Antioquia - VIVA.
